FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
• You do not pay any fees other than the payments you make at the time of shopping. There may be extra taxes and shipping fees imposed by your country.
• The products you purchase will be delivered within 4-8 days. Holidays are added to this period. You can track the delivery process of the products you purchased with the cargo tracking number sent to you.
• When the order is delivered, you will be notified via SMS by the cargo company.
If your order is in the “Shipped” status, only the shipping companies can make changes to the recipient and/or address. You can submit your change request as follows.
1. You can change your address by contacting us with the “Connect to Live Help” button before it is delivered to the cargo company.
2. By contacting the shipping company.
• If the shipping company cannot be found at your address, they will leave a note stating that you can pick up your package from your branch.
Always check your order in the presence of the cargo officer.
• If there is damage to the cargo package or the product, you can send the package back with the cargo company without accepting it.
• Have the cargo officer write a “Damage Detection Report”.
